BOLLE makes still and sparkling non-alcoholic wines using a second fermentation after alcohol removal. This process develops aroma, flavour and texture in wines with less than 0.5% ABV.
The sparkling wines include Blanc de Blancs, Rosé and a Grand Reserve aged for nine months on its lees. Still wines span Chardonnay blends, a Mâcon Chardonnay Reserve, Sauvignon Blanc, California rosé and California Cabernet Sauvignon.
