BOLLE Sparkling Rosé
A non-alcoholic sparkling rosé with strawberry, blackcurrant and violet notes, a dry palate and a mineral finish.
Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Silvaner make up BOLLE Sparkling Rosé. The wine is dealcoholised, then fermented again to develop flavour and texture in a sparkling style.
Tasting notes
Strawberry and other red berries are joined by blackcurrant and violet. Fine bubbles accompany a dry, light-bodied palate with a lingering mineral finish.
Try it with duck and cherry sauce, or a watermelon, feta and mint salad.
