BOLLE Still Rosé

Grenache and Cinsault lead BOLLE Still Rosé, with smaller additions of Carignan and Mourvèdre. Made in California, the wine is fermented again after dealcoholisation.

Tasting notes

Raspberry and cherry aromas are joined by watermelon and pink grapefruit. The medium-light body leads into a mineral finish with a little peppery spice.

Pair with lobster, charred courgette or hamachi sashimi.
