BOLLE Sauvignon Blanc uses the grape's orchard fruit and green aromatic character in a non-alcoholic still wine. Fermentation after alcohol removal develops its flavour and texture.
Tasting notes
Crisp apple and ripe pear meet freshly cut grass and a touch of passion fruit. The medium-dry palate has a light to medium body and a bright, lingering finish.
Serve chilled with citrus-cured scallops or a goat's cheese and herb tart.
