BOLLE Blanc de Blancs combines Chardonnay and Silvaner in a sparkling white wine. A second fermentation after alcohol removal develops its texture and aromatic character.
Tasting notes
Lemon, grapefruit and lime lead the citrus profile, with green apple and mango notes alongside them. The palate is medium-dry and light to medium in body, finishing with a little toastiness.
Pair with sushi, grilled white fish or roast chicken with lemon and herbs.
