A non-alcoholic sparkling wine aged nine months on its lees, with brioche, apricot and toasted nut notes.
Nine months of lees ageing give BOLLE Grand Reserve its creamy texture. The blend combines 90% Chardonnay with 10% Silvaner, using a second fermentation after dealcoholisation before the extended ageing.
Tasting notes
Brioche aromas are joined by apricot, toasted nuts and a hint of citrus. The palate has a medium-dry character, lively acidity and a long finish.
Why it stands out
Time on the lees adds texture and bread-like depth to the sparkling wine. Pair it with aged Comté, mushroom risotto or smoked salmon.
