A non-alcoholic Chardonnay from Mâcon, Burgundy, with apple, citrus, acacia flower and subtle hazelnut notes.
BOLLE Chardonnay Reserve uses only Chardonnay sourced from Mâcon in Burgundy. The still white wine undergoes a second fermentation after alcohol removal.
Tasting notes
Green apple, lemon and lime combine with acacia blossom, hazelnut and a little spice. A gently rounded, medium-light body meets fresh acidity and mineral notes.
Pair it with seared scallops, roast chicken, prawn risotto or a Comté soufflé.
