BOLLE Chardonnay
A non-alcoholic still white wine with apple, apricot and lemon notes, made from Chardonnay and Silvaner.
BOLLE Chardonnay blends 85% Chardonnay with 15% Silvaner. Its still-wine style uses a second fermentation after dealcoholisation to develop body and flavour.
Tasting notes
Stone fruit, ripe apple and apricot meet lemon and other citrus notes. The medium-dry palate has moderate acidity, a light to medium body and a persistent finish.
Serve with roast chicken, creamy pasta or grilled fish.
