Thomson & Scott makes the Noughty range of non-alcoholic wines. Its sparkling Chardonnay and Tempranillo rosé use organically grown Spanish grapes, with the alcohol removed before light carbonation.
The still wines come from South Africa. Chenin Blanc, Chardonnay and Pinotage shape the white and rosé blends, while Syrah from Darling forms the reds. Monté adds extended French oak ageing for greater structure.
