Darling's dry-farmed Syrah grapes form the base of Noughty Rouge. Warm sunshine and cooling Atlantic air shape the vineyard conditions, while spinning-cone technology removes alcohol under vacuum at low temperatures.

Ripe red fruit and candied cherry meet black pepper and dried rose petal. French oak tannins add structure to the deep ruby wine.
