Noughty Blanc
A non-alcoholic Chenin Blanc and Chardonnay blend with apple, lime, melon and floral notes.
Noughty Blanc combines 55% Chenin Blanc with 45% Chardonnay from dry-farmed Western Cape bush vines. Two months on the lees precede alcohol removal using spinning-cone technology under vacuum.
Tasting notes
Yellow apple, lime and melon lead the aroma, alongside chamomile. Honeysuckle, jasmine and citrus carry onto a palate that balances fruit and acidity.
Why it stands out
The blend brings together orchard fruit and floral character. Pair it with light fish dishes, soft creamy cheeses or spiced Indian and Thai food.
