Organically grown Chardonnay from southern Spain becomes Noughty's white sparkling wine. The base wine is made in stainless steel, dealcoholised by vacuum distillation with aroma recovery, then lightly carbonated.
Tasting notes
Pale in colour, it has a ripe apple aroma. A little sweetness is balanced by fresh acidity.
Serve as an aperitif or alongside small bites.
