Lautus Sparkling is made with Chardonnay from Voor Paardeberg in the Western Cape. White peach, fresh apple and citrus blossom are joined by a kumquat note.
Fine, lively bubbles give the wine its lift. Serve at 6–8°C with oysters or creamy garlic pasta.
