Lautus makes dealcoholised wines in South Africa, with still whites, a Pinotage rosé, a red blend and sparkling wines. Grapes come from growing areas including Stellenbosch, Voor Paardeberg and the Olifants River Valley.

Spinning cone technology separates aromas and alcohol at low temperature under vacuum. The aromas are returned to the wine after alcohol removal, preserving the distinct fruit character of each style.
