Ariel Chardonnay
A dealcoholised Chardonnay with tropical fruit, ripe apple, butterscotch and toasted oak notes.
Ariel Chardonnay is fermented in stainless steel and small oak barrels, then blended and aged. Alcohol removal takes place just before bottling.
Tropical fruit and ripe apple form the fruit profile, with butterscotch and a little toasted oak adding richness. Pair with seafood or pasta in a creamy sauce.
