A dealcoholised Cabernet Sauvignon with dark berries, chocolate, soft tannins and a dry finish.
Ariel Cabernet Sauvignon has aromas of blackcurrant, cherry and blueberry, with chocolate notes on a softly tannic palate. It finishes dry.
After fermentation in stainless steel, a portion of the wine is aged in oak. The alcohol is removed before bottling. Pair with beef, lamb or dishes in a red sauce.
