Ariel makes alcohol-removed wines, including Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon. The wines are fermented and aged before alcohol removal, with different vessels and ageing methods shaping each variety.
Sauvignon Blanc emphasises citrus, tropical fruit and herbs. Chardonnay adds apple, butterscotch and oak notes, while Cabernet Sauvignon brings dark berries, chocolate and soft tannins. All three contain less than 0.5% ABV.
