Botivo makes botanical aperitivos by hand at Lannock Farm in Hertfordshire. Aged British apple cider vinegar and honey underpin its bittersweet blends, with herbs, citrus and bitter roots providing the flavour.
The original aperitivo combines orange zest, rosemary and thyme with gentian and wormwood. A winter edition adds dates and warming spices, while the canned spritz combines the original botanical profile with sparkling water. The drinks contain honey.
