Leitz Dragonstone Riesling Dealcoholized

A single-vineyard dealcoholized Riesling sourced entirely from the steep Rüdesheimer Berg Drachenstein site in the Rheingau.

Leitz Dragonstone Riesling Dealcoholized

Leitz Dragonstone Riesling Dealcoholized is made entirely from fruit grown in the Rüdesheimer Berg Drachenstein Erste Lage vineyard in Rüdesheim, Rheingau. The steep vineyard sits at the top of the Rüdesheimer Berg.

After dealcoholization, the wine is rebalanced with reserve drawn from the same Dragonstone fruit rather than a separate source.

Why it stands out

Dragonstone moves Leitz's alcohol-free work from a regional blend to a named single-vineyard Riesling, keeping both the base wine and balancing reserve tied to the same site.
