Weingut Leitz is a family winery in Rüdesheim am Rhein, in Germany's Rheingau region. Johannes Leitz revived the estate from a small family holding and developed a portfolio centered on Riesling from the Rüdesheimer Berg.
Its dealcoholized portfolio spans the Eins-Zwei-Zero and Zero-Point-Five ranges, along with vineyard-specific releases such as Dragonstone Riesling. The wines begin as conventional base wines before vacuum distillation removes alcohol at low temperature.
