Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from southern France form the wine base of French Bloom Le Rosé. Gentle dealcoholisation is followed by blending with sparkling spring water, grape juice and lemon juice.
Tasting notes
Rose petal and red fruit aromas sit alongside white peach. Fine bubbles and a floral finish accompany the rounded fruit character.
Serve at 2–4°C in a flute. Its berry flavours pair with duck breast and a red fruit sauce.
