Ara Zero Sauvignon Blanc begins as a full-strength Marlborough wine. Spinning cone technology separates its aromas and alcohol at low temperatures; the aromas are then returned with a small amount of grape juice.
Passion fruit and pineapple give a juicy tropical character, with grapefruit and a crisp finish. Serve chilled with an Italian chopped salad or lemon-and-asparagus pasta.
