A dealcoholised Marlborough rosé with strawberry, guava and lime, balanced by crisp citrus.
Ara Zero Rosé combines strawberry and guava flavours with lime and a light sweetness. Its fresh citrus character keeps the finish crisp.
The wine is fermented before spinning cone technology removes the alcohol. Aromas are returned to the wine along with a small amount of grape juice. Serve chilled with fruit or an antipasto platter.
