Sylva ORCHARD is the third release from Sylva Labs. It is an aged non-alcoholic spirit made in small batches from British fruit wood and malted barley, with a profile built around orchard fruit and a soft trail of smoke.
It is made for slow sipping, either over ice or lengthened with soda. The structure leans toward ripe fruit, toasted grain, and a long, gentle finish rather than sharp botanical lift.
