Sylva Labs makes aged non-alcoholic spirits with a strong wood-led character. The range sits somewhere between a slow-sipping dark spirit and a seasonal release, using fruit wood, grain, and forest materials to build each bottle around a distinct flavour profile.
The line-up currently includes ORCHARD, HAZEL, and PADAUK. Each release is limited, and the brand leans into careful small-batch production rather than a broad all-purpose zero-proof back bar.
