Sober Spirits W begins with Scotch whisky aged for three years in oak casks. After the alcohol is removed, the aromatic base is redistilled in France with toasted oak bark.
Wood, toffee, chocolate and caramel flavours give it a whisky-style profile, finished with a hint of vanilla. It is intended for mixing in drinks such as a non-alcoholic Old Fashioned, Manhattan or Irish Coffee.
