Sober Spirits uses dealcoholization and redistillation to make spirit alternatives in France. Alcohol is removed in Grasse before the remaining aromatic base is redistilled in copper stills with selected botanicals, fruits or bark.
The range includes R, made from Caribbean rum; G, made from French gin; and W, made from Scotch whisky aged for three years before dealcoholization. Amaretto, Aperitivo Spritz and Bitter Aperitivo extend the selection into Italian aperitif and liqueur styles. These 0.0% ABV drinks contain no sugar and are intended for mixing in cocktails.
