Weihenstephaner makes non-alcoholic versions of wheat beer and Original Helles. Both are fermented and matured before the alcohol is removed.
The wheat beer combines honey, yeast and clove aromas, while the golden Helles has aromatic hops and light bitterness. Both are served cool at 6–8°C.
