A Bavarian non-alcoholic wheat beer with honey, yeast and clove aromas and a fine sparkle.
Weihenstephaner Non-Alcoholic Wheat Beer is fully fermented and matured before its alcohol is removed. Falling film evaporation, developed with the Technical University of Munich at Weihenstephan, separates the alcohol from the beer.
Honey, yeast and clove aromas accompany fine carbonation. Serve at 6–8°C; tomato-and-rocket pasta is a suggested pairing.
