Wiper and True Tidebreaker is an alcohol-free West Coast ale built around classic hop bitterness. Rye and Caramalt give it more structure than a lighter lager-style release, while the bitterness keeps the finish firm and direct.
This is one of the more assertive beers in the brewery's current alcohol-free range. It aims for full flavor and a distinctly West Coast shape rather than easy-drinking softness.
