Wiper and True Tomorrow is an alcohol-free lager built in a traditional German-style direction. Bread crust malt and gentle herbal hop notes give it shape, while the finish stays crisp and clean.
The brewery uses dealcoholisation over an extended process, which helps preserve more structure than a thinner quick-brewed low-alcohol lager. The result is easy-drinking but still layered.
