Rothaus Tannenzäpfle Alkoholfrei pours bright gold with a lasting head. Fine carbonation carries malt into a more assertive spicy flavour, followed by fruity hop notes.
Alcohol is removed using steam under vacuum, with aromas recovered and retained in the beer. The 500 ml version is named Pils Alkoholfrei.
