French Bloom L'Extra Brut uses organic Chardonnay grown in Limoux, where limestone soils and an oceanic climate shape the grapes. Thirty percent of the wine spends eight months in oak before dealcoholisation.

Citrus and green apple meet white flowers and dried apricot. Crisp acidity, fine bubbles and a saline mineral finish give it a dry profile.
Why it stands out
