An alcohol-free botanical spirit with lemon, mandarin, floral notes and a sherbet-like citrus character.
Optimist Bright combines lemon and green mandarin with jasmine, lavender and other distilled botanicals. Citrus and sherbet-like notes define its flavour, with a subtle salty edge.
Use it in place of a citrus-led vodka or gin. For a simple serve, mix one part Bright with three parts soda or tonic over ice, then add citrus peel or lavender.
