ISH Spritz
A non-alcoholic Italian-style spritz with bitter gentian and quassia balanced by mandarin, orange and lemon.
ISH Spritz builds its bitterness around gentian root and quassia bark. Mandarin, orange and lemon add citrus flavours, while a chili seed shell distillate gives the finish a little warmth.
Pour the chilled drink over ice in a balloon glass and add an orange slice, or serve straight from the can.
