Wilfred's makes a British botanical aperitif with distilled and extracted rosemary, bitter orange, rhubarb and clove. Citrus bitterness, herbs and spice give it a flavour suited to a long spritz.

The aperitif contains no alcohol and is vegan. Serve it over ice with tonic water.
