Fierce & Noble is an independent brewery in Bristol with a range built around modern and seasonal beer. The core lineup on its live shop stays focused on house beers rather than sprawling into dozens of one-off releases.

Its low-alcohol offer is similarly compact. Instead of a broad alcohol-free sub-range, the brewery currently puts that space into a single pale ale built to keep hop flavor and easy drinkability in place at 0.5%.
