Everleaf makes botanical non-alcoholic aperitifs, from earthy Forest and floral Mountain to citrus and seaweed-led Marine.
Everleaf was founded by a conservation biologist and bar owner to make non-alcoholic aperitifs from plant extracts. Blending and bottling take place near Brighton on England's south coast, with extraction methods selected to suit each botanical.
Forest combines flowers, warm spices and earthy roots; Mountain centres on cherry blossom and red fruit; Marine brings together citrus, juniper and seaweed. All three can be mixed with light tonic for a spritz or used in cocktails.
