Vinohradský pivovar Seaman Non-Alcoholic

A 0.5% non-alcoholic gose with wheat malt, pilsner malt, salt, coriander, light acidity, and herbal notes.

Vinohradský pivovar Seaman Non-Alcoholic

Seaman Non-Alcoholic is a 0.5% gose made from Vinohradský pivovar's Seaman Gose using membrane technology. It is a pale, top-fermented beer with more than half of the malt bill coming from wheat malt.

The recipe uses wheat malt, pilsner malt, salt, coriander, and a small amount of Sladek hops. A yeast strain that produces a small amount of lactic acid gives the beer its lightly sour edge, while the salt, coriander, and herbal notes keep it close to the gose style.
