LOAH Peach Pale Ale uses an East Coast pale ale base to keep the beer soft and approachable. The structure is deliberately round, with minimal bitterness and enough hop presence to support the fruit rather than compete with it.
Peach stays at the center from start to finish. The beer reads juicy and gently sweet, with the pale ale frame there to keep it from turning into something closer to soda.
