Ilkley Brewery Nowt Mary is the dark end of the brewery's alcohol-free range, built as a milk stout rather than a light porter or sweet flavored stout. Deep coffee bitterness gives it the backbone, while milk adds the richer and creamier mouthfeel that defines the style.
