East Forged Black Tea & Yuzu combines Australian black tea, yuzu juice, and nitrogen in an alcohol-free cold brew. The tea steeps for three days before the nitro infusion gives it a golden pour and creamy head reminiscent of a freshly poured beer.
The flavour moves from a bright citrus aroma into smooth black tea. Yuzu brings grapefruit and mandarin-like notes, while the nitro froth softens the texture without cream or sweetener.
